Is the demo really free?

Yes. Book a 30-minute call, tell us what the business does, and we'll build you a demo of your site to look at. If it isn't what you wanted, you walk away and owe us nothing. If it is, we build it for real, scoped and quoted in writing first. The only thing we ask for up front is the call, because we can't build something worth looking at for a business we know nothing about.

Where are your clients based?

Anywhere. Delivery is fully remote, so your location isn't a blocker: we work with businesses wherever they are. Booking shows times in your own time zone, and we'll work out a call slot that fits yours.

Depends how much of the business it touches. A single function, say inventory or invoicing, is typically a few weeks; broader rollouts are staged so you're never switched off everything at once. You'll get a real timeline with your written quote, before anything kicks off.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

For automation work, usually not. Automations are the wiring between tools, so in most cases they connect what you already have and leave your team working where they already work. If something you rely on genuinely can't be connected, you'll hear that on the call, not after the invoice.

Will it make things up?

It answers from what you gave it, and only that: your pages, your documents, your records. Every answer points back at where it came from, so you can check it rather than take its word for it. When there's nothing to point at, it says it doesn't know and gets a person instead of filling the gap, which is the behaviour we test for before anything goes live.

Reading, sorting, filing, looking things up, and writing a draft. Not spending money, not committing to a date, and not sending anything out with your name on it. That boundary is set with you before we build, it's written down, and it's a list you can change. If an agent can do something you didn't approve, we built it wrong.

What do you need from us to get an agent working?

The content and records it should answer from, access to the tools it needs to reach, and half an hour of your time to agree what it's allowed to do on its own. Most of that already exists somewhere in your business. You don't need a data project first, and we'll tell you on the call if what you have isn't enough yet.

Both, in different places, and the split is deliberate. Most of what gives you your week back is ordinary dependable logic: this happened, so do that. Where the actual work is reading something a person wrote badly, summarising it, or drafting a reply, an agent does that step. Anything with money, a date, or a promise attached still waits for you.
